Warranty Period
All Pamhaven products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
How to File a Claim
Contact us at pamhaven@163.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Are your couch covers waterproof?
Our quilted couch covers are made with water-repellent fabric that helps resist everyday spills and pet accidents.
While they provide excellent protection against daily messes, they are not designed to withstand large amounts of standing liquid for extended periods.
Will the cover stay in place?
Yes. Our couch covers/chair covers are thoughtfully designed with features such as elastic straps, anti-slip backing, and generous fabric coverage to help keep the cover securely in place during everyday use.
Are your products pet friendly?
Absolutely. We design our products with real families in mind—including the ones with four paws.
Our couch covers help protect furniture from pet hair, everyday dirt, muddy paws, and normal daily wear while creating a cozy space everyone can enjoy.

Do I need to remove the cover when guests visit?
Not at all! Pamhaven covers are designed to look just as beautiful as they are practical, so your furniture stays protected without sacrificing style.
Will the cover protect my furniture from scratches?
Our couch covers help reduce everyday wear and provide an additional layer of protection against pet scratches.
Can I use the cover on leather furniture?
Yes. Many customers use our couch covers on leather sofas.
For the best experience, we recommend properly adjusting the cover after installation. Products with anti-slip backing or elastic straps generally perform better on leather surfaces.
Do the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
